Heidi Boutique Opens DC Ranch’s Newest Fashion Destination

Now in its ninth year of serving fashion-forward women in North Scottsdale, Heidi Boutique LLC recently moved its only location to DC Ranch Crossing. Featuring designer lines such as Haute Hippie, Trina Turk, Joie, Hudson & Genetic Denim, Karina Grimaldi, Splendid and more, the shop is intricately designed to reflect a dream closet. Carrying the latest designs in women’s clothing, lingerie and accessories, guests are greeted with personalized service and a knowledgeable staff of fashion experts. BLEND Marketing recently sat down with Heidi Hilf O’Brien, founder and inspiration behind the boutique’s name, to learn more.

Q: Welcome to the neighborhood, Heidi! Could you share how you got your start in the fashion business?

A: My family has been in the fashion business for three generations on the manufacturing side. When I left our home base in Seattle for Arizona ten years ago, fashion was already my focus and passion. I took my background and moved into the opposite side of the business as a retailer.

Q: Who do you see as your customer?

A: My primary customer lives here in North Scottsdale, with a family of her own. Another large segment of my client base are tourists and snowbirds who vacation and live in Arizona during the winter.

Q: What prompted your move to DC Ranch Crossing?

A: As my third stop, DC Ranch Crossing is definitely my favorite and final location! I’m really excited to be a part of the dynamics of this center, because the existing service businesses create a great deal of synergy. I also love the convenience of this location, as it’s close to my established customers.

Q: Which fashion lines do you carry that you’re most excited about right now?

A: Three hard-to-find clothing lines that I’m proud to be carrying exclusively in Arizona are: Pam + Gela, Lauren Moshi and Big, Bold and Fierce.

Q: What do you forecast as the most important fashion trends for spring and summer?

A: Camo (camouflage) is making a huge comeback, as well as cropped, clean denim as a year-round wardrobe staple. But you’ll need to drop by to see all the inspired designs we have in store for you!
