The UPS Store Delivers Service and Convenience In DC Ranch Crossing
We’re all familiar with UPS’ iconic brown uniforms and delivery trucks. Now UPS will have a 1,500 square-foot physical presence with the opening of The UPS Store in DC Ranch Crossing in early April. Co-owners and operators Lori Cordova and Clare LeForce also have a UPS Store in Troon North, and are excited to expand their footprint along Pima Road to serve DC Ranch small business owners, seasonal residents and local customers in need of packing, shipping, freight delivery, professional printing, office supplies, notary service, passport photos, post office boxes and more. Both partners bring a passion for the business and helping others to their new location next to Visions Optique.
“After a long and rewarding career with UPS Corporate, I relocated to Arizona in 2001, where I jumped at the opportunity to open my first UPS store,” Cordova said. “As a small business resource center, we excel at providing value-added services and convenient next-day delivery on packages received by 5 p.m.”
Cordova fortuitously met The LeForce family upon their relocation to Arizona, after operating their own real estate brokerage firm in California for 30 years. Still maintaining her real estate broker’s license in Arizona, Clare LeForce opened a post office box in Cordova’s store, and was intrigued by Cordova’s fun and caring approach to her service-oriented business.
“All of us: my husband Scott, Lori, our daughter Morgan and I bring diverse talents to this new venture. We can’t wait to see where this great ride takes us,” Clare LeForce added.
Their labor of love doesn’t end there. Both Cordova and LeForce operate the North Scottsdale Farmer’s Market every Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Pinnacle Peak and Pima Roads. “It’s a well-rounded, community-driven market with upwards of 70 vendors,” Cordova said.
According to DC Ranch Crossing’s new store manager Morgan LeForce, “I grew up in a real estate family. Over the years, I’ve realized the profound gratification derived from helping others. I truly believe that customer service is the driving force to any business, and we look forward to serving the DC Ranch community!”
As part of their grand opening celebration, The UPS Store at DC Ranch Crossing is offering two free months of post office box rental with a 12 month signed contract, offer valid April through May 30, 2018.
